Refunds & Cancellation Policy
How cancellation, plan changes and refunds work.

Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing › Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Because the Service uses paid AI and email resources from the moment a period starts, fees for a period that has begun are generally non-refundable. We will refund charges made in error (for example a duplicate charge), and we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in exceptional cases. Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right applies.
Changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately; Stripe charges the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect according to the proration shown in the billing portal. Allowances follow your current plan.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until it ends. Cancel before the end of the trial to avoid the first charge.
Billing questions
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@webmodernize.com before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can resolve it quickly.
