Acceptable Use Policy

Outreach

You may use the Service to send personalised, relevant business emails to professional contacts for whom you have a lawful basis. You must not:

• send bulk unsolicited messages, or use purchased, rented or scraped lists in breach of applicable law;
• target consumers or private individuals where the law requires prior consent you do not have;
• hide or falsify your identity, your postal address or the origin of a message, or use misleading subject lines;
• ignore unsubscribe requests, or re-upload suppressed addresses;
• send content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes malware or phishing.

Website analysis

• Analyse only publicly available websites, and only to offer your services to the business concerned.
• Do not use the Service to probe, attack, overload or test the security of any system.
• Do not attempt to bypass robots.txt, access controls or the limits of the crawler.

Generated materials

• Do not present a generated concept as work that the business commissioned or approved.
• Do not use generated materials to impersonate a business, or to deceive customers, investors or authorities.
• Respect third parties’ trademarks and copyrights in any material you publish.

The platform

• Do not share accounts, resell access, or create multiple accounts to evade plan limits.
• Do not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or reverse-engineer it.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing product.

Enforcement

We monitor bounce and complaint rates and may pause sending, suspend a workspace or terminate an account that breaches this policy. Report abuse to support@webmodernize.com.
